1 Coin Purchases

All coin purchases are final. Because coins are consumed immediately upon use to generate AI-powered animations, we generally do not offer refunds for used coins.

2 Eligible Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical failure: coins were deducted but no animation was generated due to a service error
  • Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@spritecreator.online with your account email and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed through Polar to the original payment method.
